On February 2nd we celebrated Souper Bowl Sunday to raise awareness of the global issue of hunger.  Our Church enjoyed four different kinds of soup as well as bread, and desserts during fellowship hour immediately following the service.  Thank you to Susan Goderie for leading our teachers and Sunday School children in the kitchen as they helped to make the soups from scratch!  One of the greatest parts of the day is seeing the leftover soup packaged up and brought to those that were unable to join us in Church that day.  Thank you to the congregation for your donations.  Because of you we will be delivering 101 cans of soup plus a cash donation to help fight hunger right here in our very own community!
